At Anonim Gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping our unique paintings to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship from Hungary to most European countries.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to check for possible shipping options.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom packaging and handling may require additional time for certain artworks.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We use national and international companies for safe and reliable delivery.

  • Estimated shipping times:

    • Central Europe: 15 business days

    • Western Europe: 20 business days

    • Other European regions: 20 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on the destination and artwork size. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

  • If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. While we cannot offer replacements, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
