Welcome to Anonim Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • Anonim Gallery is an online gallery offering unique, one-of-a-kind paintings. Please note that all the items are second-hand and at least 30 years old so that any demage on the products are possible and do not mean return of money.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Products & Availability

  • Each artwork sold on our website is one-of-a-kind. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be restocked or replaced.

  • We strive to display accurate images and descriptions of each painting. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payments through secure online payment providers. Your payment information is not stored by us.

  • The customer is responsible for any additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from Hungary to various European countries. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Once an order is shipped, the responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments. If an issue arises, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or purchases.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the purchased artwork.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved under Hungarian jurisdiction.
